Darren
Resident Manager of Regatta Point (3, 8, & 16 Anchor)
Darren is our go-to person for any maintenance at the Regatta Point buildings, and ensures that everything is running smoothly, efficiently and safely. A former Production Manager at the Halifax Herald, he presently lives on-site and brings his love for fun and sports to community get-togethers. You might spot him attending the morning Men’s Coffee Social every week.
Laura
Resident Co-ordinator, Regatta Point (3, 8, & 16 Anchor)
Laura comes to Anchor Living through her personal connection to our community. She has seen and experienced the unique Anchor Difference for her own parents, who presently live in the Fleming Park community. With a background in daycare, Laura brings her passion for building community and organizing social experiences to the Regatta Point Properties.
Robert
Resident Managers, Fleming Park Estate (2, 4 & 5 Ramsgate)
Robert joined the Anchor Team in November 2022 after a long career in the private sector with a background in building maintenance and customer service. Robert is friendly, personable, and more than willing to address the maintenance needs of the Residents. He and his wife Ann are both experienced travelers and he is also a big sports fan with his favorite sports being hockey and martial arts. We are pleased to welcome Robert to the Anchor Living Team.
Julita (Julie) & Jerome
Assistant Res. Managers, Fleming Park Estate (2, 4 & 5 Ramsgate)
Julie joined Anchor Living in 2018 as our cleaner for 2, 4 & 5 Ramsgate Lane. In addition to her cleaning duties, Julie and her husband Jerome became our part-time Assistant Resident Managers for Ramsgate Lane during August 2019. Both are caring, hardworking people who are very much appreciated by our tenants and valued members of the Anchor team.
