About Anchor

For the past 25 years, Anchor Living has been providing beautiful, community-focused living spaces for mature adults.

Coupling the benefits of urban green spaces with the convenience of the city mere minutes away, we seek to provide our residents with the resources they need to live well without feeling the need to give up their independence. We do this not just by building residential apartments tailored with retirement living in mind; we also work to promote a healthy sense of community among neighbors. We offer common spaces for group activities and events to make you truly feel at home.

Anchor Living consists of 6 buildings in total – these are presently found in two locations between Fleming Park Estates and Regatta Point. Each building has its own unique layout and character, and we offer rentals of all different sizes, needs, and price points. No matter what may be on your wish list, we will be able to find you something that fits with your lifestyle.
